Our award-winning pear jam from La Cour d’Orgères is made from the wonderful Williams pears, to which the artisan jam producers add the seeds of a whole Madagascan Bourbon vanilla pod. 

Due to its sweetness and freshness, pear jam pairs well with hard and soft cheeses alike. From simple parmesan cheese and pecorino, to roquefort and brie.

La Cour d'Orgères is a family affair. Margareth and Pierre-Jan Indekeu, Master Confectioner of France, passed on their know-how and passion for taste to their daughters, Marie-Charlotte and Vérène. La Cour d'Orgères' artisanal award-winning haute couture jams, made from the finest fruit, are cooked in cauldrons in small batches in their workshop in Quiberon Bay.
