La Raclette d'Hiver is our celebration of a classic winter à la française, with its warm, inviting glow and layers of cheese and charcuterie (halal). It's the perfect centerpiece for a relaxed and convivial meal, reminiscent of those wonderful moments spent on the slopes with good friends and great company. In addition to the exquisite combination of around 40 slices of melted cheese and meat, serve our board with boiled potatoes, cornichons, and pickled onions for a classic raclette moment.

You can choose between a board composed of:

- the original raclette cheese only (nature);

- a combination of different flavors of raclette (which also includes some raclette nature); and

- Truffle raclette cheese only.

Cheese platter for 4-5 people.
