Our award-winning extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively from a single olive variety: Bouteillan. Bouteillan oil is fresh on the palate, with herbaceous or floral aromas and some peppery notes.

All the olives used to produce the Bouteillan oil are:

- 100% grown and harvested from the 500 Bouteillan olive trees on Mas des Bories' estate.

- 100% from trees native in Provence.

- Mechanical process and 100% in-house production in Mas des Bories' mill. 

La petite histoire: The exceptional Mas des Bories estate produces its exceptional olive oil using a meticulous process that begins with the hand-picking of olives, that are exclusively cultivated in Mas des Bories' orchard, nestled in the elevated terrain of Salon de Provence, composed exclusively of native Provencal trees. Mas des Bories' small-scale, artisanal production and the complete oversight of the entire production chain, from the moment the olives are picked to the final bottling process all taking place on the property, ensures an unparalleled and truly unique quality.
