Our award-winning AOP Provence is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from a blend of single variety oils from Salonenque, Bouteillan and Aglandau olives. Our AOP Provence is balanced and has a great aromatic complexity. It offers aromas of fresh grass, raw almond and green apple. Slight peppery notes and a hint of bitterness reinforce its aromatic bouquet.

All the olives used to produce our AOP Provence are :

- 100% grown and harvested in Mas des Bories' orchard.

- 100% from trees native in Provence.

- Mechanical process and 100% in-house production in Mas des Bories' mill.

La petite histoire: The exceptional Mas des Bories estate produces its exceptional olive oil using a meticulous process that begins with the hand-picking of olives, that are exclusively cultivated in Mas des Bories' orchard, nestled in the elevated terrain of Salon de Provence, composed exclusively of native Provencal trees. Mas des Bories' small-scale, artisanal production and the complete oversight of the entire production chain, from the moment the olives are picked to the final bottling process all taking place on the property, ensures an unparalleled and truly unique quality.
