Our award-winning onion chutney from La Cour d’Orgères revisited with cranberries is the ideal recipe to accompany your festive meals. This onion confit is made with wild cranberries for a touch of acidity and a trio of spices (Timut pepper, turmeric and ginger), which brings just the right balance to this original, tasty recipe. Use it on toast with Roquefort cheese, or as an aperitif, in a puff pastry sun with goat’s cheese.

La Cour d'Orgères is a family affair. Margareth and Pierre-Jan Indekeu, Master Confectioner of France, passed on their know-how and passion for taste to their daughters, Marie-Charlotte and Vérène. La Cour d'Orgères' artisanal award-winning haute couture jams, made from the finest fruit, are cooked in cauldrons in small batches in their workshop in Quiberon Bay.
